This 2-day, 16-hour course is designed to enhance your shooting and instructing abilities as well as improve performance on demand from concealment.
This course is a great precursor for the Defensive Pistol Program Certified Instructor course. The USCCA's Defensive Pistol Program sets a new standard for what is expected of a firearms instructor in a defensive context. This course requires an open mind and hard work.
This course will focus on the following:
- Fundamentals of defensive marksmanship
- Drawing from the holster
- Balance of speed and precision
- Defensive response
- Malfunctions and single-handed shooting
- Performing on demand for standards and assessments
- Develop diagnostics to enhance coaching skills
- Building confidence with your curriculum for teach backs
Required Gear for the course:
- Handgun of a common caliber that the operator can easily control
- 1,000 rounds of ammo total
- A case for your handgun
- Minimum of 3-4 magazines per Handgun
- A pocket notebook and pen for notes
- Safety glasses and hearing protection (we can provide complimentary if needed)
- Weather-appropriate attire (NO open-toed shoes. -- Tennis shoes or hiking shoes are recommended, they may get dirty - NO Sleeveless shirts or low cut shirts. Hats are also recommended for your safety)

Throughout the Handgun Dynamics training we dive into the brains neuro pathways and adapt repetition and consistency to the point that it will be an automated response that will give the students the confidence they need and in return give them more time to make cognitive decisions instead of adding more pressure during stressful situations.
Our training will focus on each students ability to process, have mental control, mechanics, firearm control and management. Every student would start by shooting our standards which range from competent to Archangel level with a cold start and no warm ups. Once assessed, they will be divided among their skill level and proceed with appropriate training from there. They will receive individual instruction from each instructor to make sure they get the attention they deserve. No student will ever be ignored or passed over.

The Performance Handgun is designed for the seasoned shooter. This course teaches the students how to operate and become proficient with the most up to date advanced techniques with their handgun and gear.
In Performance Rifle students will learn recoil control during streams of fire, different shooting and ready positions, malfunction clearing, fast target acquisition, multiple target engagements.
This weekend of performance based shooting mixed in with defensive and cognitive processing will help you on your training journey to be the best you can be with your handgun and rifle systems!

At the end of the day they will have opportunity to shoot the same standard to show their progression. All officers will receive a certificate of completion and standards paperwork kept on file for record. A challenge patch will be awarded to anyone to can master the Archangel Standard. A prize will be given to top shot.

Full Send Freedom Fest
On *Saturday, June 13th, participate in Full Send Freedom Fest, a live-fire experience focused on high-rate-of-fire platforms and modern weapons systems. Attendees will have the opportunity to operate a curated selection of machine guns, ranging from historically significant designs to current and innovative platforms. The event provides hands-on exposure to varying operating systems, calibers, and fire control mechanisms under controlled range conditions. Guests will also have the opportunity to evaluate select new firearms and accessories from Wolfpack Armory along with several other vendors. Night vision device rentals and full-automatic ammunition packages are available separately. **Sunday, June 14th is an exclusive training event for VIP details below.
